The home is just steps away from Parker Varney elementary school. This would be a perfect location if you have an elementary age child - no more worrying about transporting them to school - just watch them walk down the block! The home is within a mile of grocery shopping, close to downtown and a quick drive to the mall, plus near Bedford shopping such as Home Goods, Marshalls, CVS, etc. We have found this location very convenient. The home is also about a two minute drive to St. Anselm college.
