We love our neighbors, they are fantastic & we hate to leave them behind. We love that we are within a 3 minute drive to Super Walmart and lots of other shops and restaurants. We love that we are so close to the elementary, middle, & high school for this area and that we're located in such an excellent school district. Valdosta Middle & Valdosta High. Bus pick up is only 1 house away. This neighborhood is very quiet and very safe. When I was training for the Susan Komen 3-day walk I would sometimes walk until 11:pm and still pass neighbors.(It didn't take any of us long to figure out the temperature was cooler late at night.) I never worry about my children playing or riding their bikes. This neighborhood is attached to an extremely upscale neighborhood so property values have never been a worry. We are also within a 3 to 5 min. drive to Super Walmart and many other shops and restaurants yet we are still somewhat secluded. We have a fire department located near the entrance and have always enjoyed a quick response should the need for help ever arise. All and all, we hate to leave but leave we must.
