Seller's agent. We will take care of the details of documentation and do everything
we can to make sure everything is signed, sealed and delivered on time on closing
day.
6. We can also refer you to expert home inspectors that will provide more in-depth
analysis and advice which will help to identify any problems or issues in order to help
you make an informed decision.
7. Providing you with names and numbers of vendors you may need as you move
(eg: Water, Electric, Movers, etc)
